The first of its kind for Mack Trucks, ST&P created a highly successful “sales partner program” that allowed Mack to invite its OEM partners to join and give their brand “face time” in the highly competitive spec world. The comprehensive program was not only a value-add for Mack and its vendors, but for the Mack salesforce as well—with an easy-to-use employee incentive program also being in place that rewarded salespeople for making sales, doing upgrades, and specifying participating OEM partner products.
ST&P utilized its proprietary online incentive platform to make everything—from program training to important announcements to personalized sales tracking—available in one convenient location. From there, members could instantly view their accrued rewards and have access to program rules and details of the club. On the backend, a system was in place to accept and process sales directly from Mack POS data which was then uploaded via VISA interface and applied to the participant’s Incentive Funds Debit Card.
