St. Rita’s Medical Center is a huge, world-class health care facility located in a rural Ohio town. Despite offering great care, patients were leaving in droves for competitors in larger markets like Columbus, Cincinnati and Toledo. Why? Because the community naturally assumed that bigger meant better. So, we used a creative multi-media brand advertising strategy to show patients just how special their medical center really was. The result? year-over-year growth that led to the expansion of the Emergency Department, a continued investment in new technologies and better retention of medical talent.
