As ST&P’s new lead, Jeff (AKA Doc) works closely with all our agency teams, strategizing and brainstorming the most efficient, innovative ways to meet client needs and goals and help them achieve the highest levels of success possible.
With an extensive background in grocery and automotive parts/repair, Doc fluently “speaks” the languages of both Marketing and Operations. He has successfully developed promotional plans, pricing strategies, and operational roadmaps for two major companies (Safeway and Bridgestone), and has worked closely with numerous industry leaders on developing and implementing merchandising initiatives.
Doc obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has been published by the the University of Georgia Press, and several other academic and trade publications.
Fun Fact: Get “Ready For It”…Tricia once high-fived Taylor Swift!
Tricia is an Assistant Account Manager for GAF and customer service lead on its Roofs for Troops Rebate Program. In her day-to-day duties, Tricia helps answer questions veterans have regarding rebate submission as well as assists with rebate claim verifications and check printing. In addition, she acts as a point-person for Bridgestone Retail Operations’ TPR Club who helps keep teammates updated on their potential reward earnings.
Tricia obtained a BA in Communication Studies from Kent State University.
Rick began work as a copywriter for Byer & Bowman Advertising in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, he has held various positions in operations and general agency management for Young & Rubican Special Markets (New York, New York and Cincinnati, Ohio), Hameroff Milenthal (Columbus, Ohio) and Senior Vice President/Director of Operations at Hesselbart & Mitten Advertising/Arocom. Rick is one of the founding partners of ST&P.
Fun Fact: Korm played keyboard for the “Couriers” in the 60s. They delivered sound. Ba dum tish!
Mike (or Korm, as he’s called around the office) offers more than three decades of marketing experience in sales, sales management, advertising, research, and strategic planning. Prior to becoming a founding partner at ST&P, Korm performed extensive international business and travel, served as a marketing and business consultant, and formed his own advertising agency.
Korm obtained a BSBA in Marketing from The University of Akron and also served there as an Integrated Marketing Communications instructor for 14 years. He’s also an importer of fine wines and food products at Macedonia Importers, LLC.

Fun Fact: Neither Matt nor Batman have ever been in the same room at the same time…COINCIDENCE?! WE THINK NOT!
With a passion for graphic design, digital marketing, and up-and-coming technologies, Matt builds innovative, multi-channel digital and traditional advertising solutions for both clients and our agency. In addition to handling day-to-day tasks and maintenance related to client incentive, promotion, and reporting sites, he also creates and employs all the graphic and branding elements that go along with them. But, that’s not all. In his free time, Matt also develops playable video games on the Unreal Engine.
Matt obtained a BFA in Game Design and Development from the International Academy of Design and Technology and an AAS in Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute.
Fun Fact: At 25-years old, Kaci already had 21 tattoos. Will the number of tattoos one day match the number of years she’s been on this earth? Only time will tell.
With considerable customer service, philanthropic campaign management, and community-building skills at her back, Kaci brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Sales Promotion team.
Her day-to-day activities include: creating automations reports for clients, handling data entry, updating client reporting sites, and fielding customer/client service requests. Additionally, she helps manage contests, incentive programs, and sales promotions, and works hand-in-hand with the Creative team to ensure website displays are easy to understand and on-point with client objectives.
In her past life, Kaci was fundraising chair of her sorority (Chi Omega Lambda Delta Chapter at Kent State University) where she created a fundraising strategy that helped raise over $30,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and $10,000 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her efforts were seen as a great success to the Greek Community, and she was also selected to be the President of Philanthropy/Community Service for the Panhellenic Council at Kent State University. In this role, Kaci created, organized, and managed an all-Greek event that helped raise $30,000 for SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education).
Kaci obtained a BA in Public Communications from Kent State University.
Fun Fact: In 2018, Maria was married in Poland (yes, the actual country)! Na zdrowie to that!

Maria is a creative thinker and visionary with more than 14 years of advertising agency experience as a copywriter for business-to-consumer and business-to-business brands. She uses out-of-the-box thinking to provide clients focused, creative writing solutions and results-driven copy that gives voice to their brand and brings their visions to life.
She thrives in chaos and can quickly change gears, going from 0-60 in the blink of an eye to hammer out copy needs, meet cutoff times, and ultimately exceed client goals and expectations.
Maria obtained a BA in English and a Minor in Writing from Kent State University and has held positions at The Adcom Group, AMG Marketing Resources, and Geometry Global.
Fun Fact: Some people conquer their fear of heights by going on a ferris wheel. Jenna conquered hers by taking an open-door helicopter tour in Hawaii! That’s one way to soar past your fears.
Jenna understands and appreciates the value and importance of hard work, teamwork, dedication, and building strong, trusted relationships.
A trusted Account Manager, Jenna acts as a liaison between clients and staff, and brings passion, patience, persistence, and dedication to every project she encounters. In addition to overseeing the development of marketing strategies, planning, and program management and performance, Jenna strives to ensure effective cooperation on day-to-day tasks, as well as prompt, smooth project execution. Plus, she’s not afraid of challenges…
When Jenna started her career at ST&P, she hit the ground running—spearheading an event planning role for Health Action Council’s 2018 Annual Symposium where she marketed, managed, and executed a highly successful event with attendees numbering in excess of 300.
Jenna obtained a BSA from John Carroll University.
Fun Fact: Celeste loves NASCAR and has been to a ton of races over the years—we’re talking four per year for the past 30 years! (You do the math.)
Celeste’s responsibilities consist of the day-to-day accounting duties of ST&P’s operations, including: balancing and processing cash received, billing, invoicing, payroll, payables, and pulling weekly financials to determine the financial status of the company. She works closely with the Account Services team to create budgets and forecast future billing.
Additionally, she assists our President/COO with pulling data to complete budgets, create forecasts, and gather and organize information to aid in the creation of ST&P’s financial package.
She has over 30 years of accounting experience in industries, including (but not limited to): manufacturing, recreational facilities services, automotive, healthcare, and home improvement.
Celeste obtained a degree in Accounting/Business Management from Belmont Technical College in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Fun Fact: In the last 7 years Jeff has ridden over 10,000 miles on his bicycle. (That’s like peddling halfway around the world!)
Jeff has an extensive background in data systems and processing and is responsible for print production, outside purchasing, and sales promotions services for ST&P. He also works to ensure our back-end solutions are always on-point and on-time.
Jeff is a graduate of Denison University with a degree in Communications/Mass Media and a minor in Philosophy. He has held positions with Dix & Eaton Public Relations, Brubaker & Associates, Hesselbart & Mitten/Arocom and Meldrum & Fewsmith.

Fun Fact: Cathy survived six simultaneous male bosses as well as teaching English to 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. It’s kind of the same thing!
Cathy has been with ST&P since the very beginning—making her one of our most seasoned and dedicated veterans.
A true jack of all trades, Cathy is our office manager and responsible for the day-to-day administrative functioning of the company, account services support, partner/board of director support, the proofreading of all marketing materials, office/IT support and maintenance, and events coordination.
Head of HR, Cathy supervises new hires, maintains personnel files, and manages company benefits offerings. She also serves as legal administrator of contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotion programs—working closely with advertising attorneys to ensure all programs remain legally compliant.
Cathy obtained her BA in English from Baldwin-Wallace University.
Fun Fact: In his 27 years of working in Creative, not a year has gone by where he DIDN’T work on a tire account. That’s wheely crazy!
As head of the creative department, Russ takes the lead on concept development and oversees the creative team to ensure the production of original, innovative ideas and materials that meet campaign and project objectives all while maintaining the highest standards of creative execution.
With over 27 years of creative, Russ has spent the last 24 with ST&P. Throughout his tenure, he has worked on all aspects of the marketing, promotions, and advertising business, including (but not limited to): collateral, direct mail, incentive programs, consumer and trade promotions, online brand and awareness building, packaging and merchandising, and more.
Russ obtained a BFA in Graphic Design and minors in Illustration and Drawing from The University of Akron
