Kaci Henry Operations & Analytics Director
Kaci is an expert at analytics and creating procedures and processes to ensure efficiency. She assists in program consultations, SOWs, and program setup, as well as facilitating vendor roles and communication. Kaci excels at project/program tracking and maintaining program operations while also participating in report/analytics SOWs and setup, allowing ST&P to increase its efficiency and effectiveness with each client. As the department manager, Kaci is responsible for, and specializes in, onboarding new Operations & Analytics Department employees.
