To help decrease the inappropriate use of the ER and drive individual consumers to the proper place for care, ST&P worked with Health Action Council to create and launch a comprehensive Digital Emergency Room Campaign. Targeting seven regions in Ohio with the highest numbers of inappropriate ER use, the campaign, consisting of digital ads and an educational web page, provided tools to help consumers choose the right course of treatment and enlightened them to the benefits of choosing the correct care option.
